Monthly Meet Baking with Herbs
4 P.M - 6 P.M. Pull the lavender, basil, roses, lemongrass from your garden and create Lemon Lavender Scones, Rose Petal Shortbread, Basil Chocolate Chip Cookies by infusing your sugars, heavy cream and butters.You will receive the recipes in advance and I will talk you through it! $35 Per Person

About the event
I will teach you how to infuse heavy cream to create ganache that can be used for truffles, cake fillings, a chocolate glaze, ice cream...how to infuse butter, and my favorite, infused sugars.....I keep a jar of basil, rose petal, lemongrass––– and lavender sugar at al times...
Part of being in the club is that I am averrable to walk you through each recipe after I have perfected it.
