About the event
Each month, I focus on a different category of baking and pick 2 - 3 recipes from my private professional collection. I convert them to high altitude, share the converted versions with those joining me and also explain the changes I made an why. Everyone bakes the recipe at home and brings their results to our monthly meeting, where we discuss what worked, what didn't, and what we learned.
