Meet-Ups: Quick Breads
We made Cinnamon Pecan Crunch, Coffe Cake, Cranberry Walnut Muffins and Pumpkin Chocolate Swirl Bread. it is always interting to see how differnt things can comeout with iffern eople makingthe ame recipe. Techniqu also comes into play.
We exchanged some great notes which is the great part of the meet-ups.
Shared Tips:
You can put a pumkin in the mircowave for afew minteus to soften the skin so you can peel it and slice it more easliy then bake it.
Exchange the oil in the recipe with apple sauce 1:1.
A longer bake time at a lower temperature is always the answer.
The cake bakes from the outside in and it seems to take forever for the center to be baked; be patient
